Little Caesars Pizza - Miami

I had an incredible experience at the restaurant thanks to the outstanding customer service from Daiting and Carlos. While other places may rush through the process, they made me feel valued and welcomed. I would definitely use them as a standard for excellent service!

I placed my order online, which was supposed to be ready at 6:18 PM. However, when I arrived, they informed me that all the pizzas were taken, and they needed to rotate the stock. I ended up waiting half an hour for my order to be ready. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

This is, without a doubt, the most unprofessional restaurant I have ever ordered from. They never answer the phone; when they do pick up, they just hang up. They rely on a door push system for deliveries. Additionally, there's no way to cancel your order if they are over an hour late. I was in contact with the door lock delivery system, and the driver was just left waiting for the order to be prepared the entire time. I will never order from them again.

No ATMs on the front. Very bad service. Only orders online. Crazy. The new normal?

Luis who works at this location gave me a lecture about how I should not expect them to answer the phone or work quickly at this location. He proceeded to talk down to me, calling me names like ?young girl? and condescending to let me know why the pizza I ordered would take a long time. I let him know I had called twice to order, and he instructed me I should not call and should be happy to wait. I had to order here for my company but will go out of my way never to come here again.
