Flavor wise Regular dog and regular chili. Nothing spectacular. Still a fun place for a diner feel. I just got a chili dog and a coke. I didn't try anything else on the menu ... they have plenty more options.Food: 3/5

Been going there since they opened. Whenever I am in town I make it a point to go. My last visit was about two years ago. I don’t know what has happened since but the dogs weren’t firm ,buns not steamed,chili just ok. Pricey ?

Hadn’t been here and years but always thought of it… so I finally made some time to come visit while in the area. As soon as I walked in I felt I walked back in time the ambiance, the welcoming and the smell, sight and sounds brought me back at least 10 years to when I lived in the area and would frequently visit. This place is one of those if it ain’t broke don’t fix it… as in there’s no need for change here although they did add some secrets that only regulars knew to ask for to the menu. The guys working we’re so friendly. They joked with each other and customers as they took every order correctly, with patience and speed. I wanted to eat so much but all I could handle was a corn dog with mustard, cheese fries and a drink. As I remembered perfection. Don’t forget to say I love Larry Bird when you want a refill!
