The fantastic staff at this restaurant whipped up delicious drinks and handled a difficult customer with expertise, like true professionals!

The service at this restaurant was not very good. I asked for Pike coffee, but I received warm dark coffee instead. Initially, they insisted that it was Pike coffee until one of the staff members confirmed that it was dark coffee. Overall, it was not a satisfactory experience.

I love sam and nari! talk about personality and customer service! they have taken care of me so well! they have actually taken the time to help me explore my options and give their recommendations. they are a great advantage for this franchise and I am happy to visit them again soon!

Love this location. Nari is fabulous and always gets my drink perfectly right!
