My kids have been craving the chocolate chip cookie pizza from Pizza Hut for some time now, and I didn’t want to disappoint them. I placed a somewhat complicated order online: half of the pizza with Peruvian cherry peppers, honey Sriracha sauce on all, and a garlic crust, plus a side of ranch. To my delight, the order was 100% accurate and arrived an hour earlier than expected! I called after placing the order since I noticed it would take 2 hours—way too long for hungry kids! They definitely rushed it. The delivery drivers were super friendly as well. And let me tell you, the chocolate chip cookie pizza is fantastic!
Many of the 1-star reviews seem to be fake, possibly part of an organized effort. I ordered a simple pepperoni pizza online to my hotel room, and it arrived in just 25 minutes without any problems—though the staff did have poor phone etiquette when they called to confirm my order. I'm currently enjoying the pizza; it's decent—not extraordinary, but certainly not bad—and it’s also $50 cheaper than room service would have been.
Not appealing.
