I recently dined at Carbone and tried their pasta dish. It was an absolute delight! The pasta was perfectly cooked al dente, and the sauce was bursting with flavor. Each bite was a delicious blend of fresh ingredients and rich, savory notes. The portion size was generous, and the presentation was impeccable. I highly recommend a truly satisfying dining experience.

Gorgeous restaurant with incredible service and tasty food. The only thing that didn’t live up to the NY location was the veal. Our server Jake made a customized tasting menu for our table, coursed things out perfectly, and was attentive throughout the meal. Highly recommend!

Wow! Best Italian food I've had. Service was phenomenal. We had a late dinner (10pm) so the music was on and the vibes were great. Octopus was delicious. Spicy Rigatoni is #1. A must visit.
