Baia Beach Club - Miami Beach

The place is beautiful but bartender didn't give itemization when you ask for the check. So you have no idea what they charge you, if the service charge is included. I work in the industry and this is shady!

First appearance nice restaurant overlooking the Miami port and skyline . Food was very good and well presented but service was a complete mess. First time after my drink I went to toilet once I’m back my table was completely cleared , drink and water was gone . At the end of my meal I have order one more drink grey goose over cranberry and advice the server I was going to toilet again like at school raises your hand once back everyone was at the impression that I run away which was very embarrassing. The server she said sorry but many people run away , that’s not my problem , if you have some issues hire a security but do not treated everyone like a theft ! Horrible customer service period !!!

We enjoyed a 70th birthday celebration there with my in laws who were guests at the hotel. An outstanding meal and service Daria went above and beyond to accommodate our requests. I enjoyed the vegan options and would definitely go back again!
