A wonderful hotel with exceptional customer service. Alejandra couldn’t have been more helpful, Manuel was most pleasant in the hotel bar, and the Falua cocktail bar recently opened by Alejandro and Juan served very delicious cocktails with some interesting in-house variations on the traditional cocktail recipes.

Close to city centre (10-15m Uber) without being directly on it, so you benefit from excellent space and wonderful on site facilities. Great food options on site as well. Wonderful reception and accommodating general staff, helped me surprise my boyfriend for his birthday Given a thank you (tortas and water)

This is a wonderful hotel. Fantastic welcome I Got. I Will for sure come back. I Think that service, politeness and luxus are boss words at this hotel. The restaurant is great. The bar is absolutely wonderful with Alejandro and Juan Carlos. You just need to try it. The fitness is outstsnding and the pool Area is diffenetly a visit worth. This hotel is simply just wonderful. Great hotel. Rooms are what you may expect, not exceeding and a bit noisy. Service is excellent and client focused. The look and feel is very nice, so is the swimming pool. Wide variety of breakfast choices. Too bad the window opens just a small bit, especially since there are no balconies. Located just outside the city, but an Uber will cost you only 6-7 euros. Taxis in front of the hotel as well. TV should really be adjusted to streaming services or Chromecast, instead of fully blocked.

Love this hotel, LOVE the bar, both bartenders are helpful and very welcoming- Juan and Alejandro!! Have been here twice and will come back again. Best Spicy Paloma in Spain!!!
