Why are there people on their phones as they tell me to pull forward. This service is terrible. It’s time the manager starts demanding something of his crew. What a joke of service.

I ordered a 2C Deluxe with no onion cheese or salt on it and they gave me a regular quarter with only ketchup mustard pickle I went back thru and told them what happened they pull me around to remake it after handing them the receipt and gave me another quarter made the same way idk y it’s so hard to read the tickets when making food as I know the managers make them use the tickets on day shift night shift is lacking a lot with all these teenagers and the people worst attitude from these little girls not only did the mess up my order they gave me old a fries and not even filled up half way this is horrible I used to work here until everything went downhill trying to juggle everything at once but one thing for sure I always read the tickets and made sure I made the food as ordered it’s not that hard to simply read I don’t recommend eating here at dinner time highly disappointed

Staff is lazy and always serves old food or messing up orders avoid this

I would give 0 stars if able as service is horrendous. If your going to order make sure you go in and watch them make your food or it is up in the air if you will receive it. Note I was not the only one having issues, they messed up several peoples orders as the workers kept going around looking for who's order was who's and having to go back in and get people different bags of food; disorganized mess. We waited 30 minutes had 2 different people tell us they would go get our food and the last time, 10 minutes went by and no one came out so we went in and they interrogated us on if anyone had stopped to help us; no one inside had been told order was missing as no one was working on it, so I guess they gave to someone else. Awful customer service and a mess. Don't waste your time.

Visit varies as to quality, some times great otherwise not so great.
