FOOD- I ordered a 3 piece chicken strip basket. It comes with 3 strips of chicken, a basket of fries, a medium drink, a sundae of choice, and a side of gravy. I opted to pay an extra dollar to upgrade the sundae to a small blizzard. My food came out fast and was warm. My chicken and fries were well cooked and my gravy was warm. For my drink I ordered a Dr. Pepper, I would not recommend ordering this drink. It tasted as if it was half water and half soda. I am giving them the benefit of the doubt here and am hoping the Dr. pepper was just running low and in need of a refill and that is why it tasted so off. For my blizzard I ordered a Frosted Animal Cookie Blizzard. I was severely underwhelmed with the blizzard and I would not recommend it either. The Blizzard was just Frosted Animal Cookies mixed into plain vanilla ice cream and the texture is volatile. Another guest in my party ordered a Hot Fudge Sundae, I sampled it and it tasted amazing as always. If you are planning to eat at this dairy queen I would definitely suggest that you stick with what you have had before to ensure you are satisfied with your meal. SERVICE- The service at this Dairy Queen was not the best. The employee taking our order at the register seemed confused most of the time we were ordering. The ordering process took longer than necessary, at least our food came out fast. After we had seated ourselves we had multiple employees come up to our table asking if the order they had in their hands was ours, of course we denied until someone finally came with our actual order. I would suggest for a system take place in this Dairy Queen to help with this problem. An example would be to give people number plates that correspond with their order number to be placed on their table. With a system like this the employees would know exactly who's order is who's and avoid bothering almost every single guest and basically guessing and checking who's order is who's. Subpar service at best.... OVERALL- This is one of the more rundown Dairy Queens I have visited. The employees don't really seem to care for guests. The store was dirty and unorganized (see photos). I would not recommend dining in at this dairy queen. If you go here definitely opt for the drive through. Happy Eating xoxo.

Very slow, stinks like rotten meat. Restroom stunk so bad I gagged and it wasn't because someone just used it. The place just gives you that sticky feeling all over. I thought it would improve under new ownership, but it did not.

Buy 5, strip baskets ask for extra gravy...get told to pull around front while they make it fresh...get home strips were only thing fresh fries and toast cold....and no extra gravy......will spend elsewhere next time we are hungry

When you order 2 kids cones only then have enough time to change and breastfeed a 3 month old and have her buckled back up before getting the cones is pretty ridiculous!!
