Kfc - Metter

This place is usually decent. On Sunday 4/27 we ate here and the service was terrible! The staff was discombobulated, the cook staff kept messing up the orders and the cashier was on edge and it was a terrible experience! This is not what we usually experience, but this Sunday it was bad. I don 't know how many people you need there to make the shift successful, but you either need to pay more to keep your employees or give them some type of incentive. There are only so many restaurants in Metter. Stop nickeling and diming your staff and they would want to work there. This store makes a decent income. Pay your staff or treat them right and maybe they will come to work. IJSPs. Please keep your lobby area cleaner! Your tables are always nasty after customers leave, this is a busy stop off the interstate.

I ordered a 5 piece tender box, and got one honey mustard, absolutely diabolical. Not to mention i got charged fifty cent for it. Go to zaxby’s at this point.

I complained about them not completing my order and then was threatened by the manager to leave the store of she will call the police on me for asking for the store number

That chicken tasted like it was fried in old grease

The reason for ordering drive thru is because your dinning room was closed at 6 pm. Also we had two wait in the parking lot for 15 min because no children was ready.
