Bidra med feedbackWe had lunch at your Outlet in Pavillion, Binan, Laguna today for Mother's Day and we have encountered a negative and unpleasant service experience over lunch. Your OIC Llana Leah Isabelo tried and handled our issue, but seemed helpless and lacked guest handling complaint skills. The Outlet Manager is unavailable on a day that your restaurant is fully packed due to Mother's Day occassion, which shouldn't be the case. My brother found a small cable wire in his glass of water, and your OIC lacks the proper skills on how to resolve it professionally. We settled our bill and I have no problem doing so, however, it would have been better if there was atleast a token of good will offered considering that we were inconvenienced by what happened. She said sorry, but didn't even know how to pacify a very upset customer. I'm keeping the portion of the cable wire my brother found inthe said glass of water.
