I think PCJ is my favorite coffee shop. Since the locations I know of are all on campus, I have to admit that the service really depends on which students are working when you arrive (although sometimes you might spot a manager, and they tend to be reliable). I love the chai steamer, and the Italian sodas are surprisingly refreshing.
