The wait time was quite lengthy, and trying to order food in advance to avoid the line turned out to be difficult. It appears that their app is mainly tailored for catering or DoorDash orders. If you're thinking of having breakfast here, be ready to be patient. Also, the bagels tend to sell out fast, so don't count on getting your top choice.

The staff was quite unwelcoming, and I noticed dust bunnies hanging from the ceiling right above the food preparation area. We ordered six bagels and a tub of cream cheese, but the selection was limited, and the bagels did not seem fresh at all. The cream cheese was nearly solid. After waiting a long time in line, we were completely ignored, and it took forever for someone to take care of our payment. The bagels weren’t cut in half, and there were no knives available for us to use with our order. To be honest, we would have had a better experience and better bagels from Walmart.

As a chain restaurant, I anticipated cleaner conditions and better service. Unfortunately, this location isn't one I would recommend for my college student to visit regularly. While the staff members are friendly, the heat inside the restaurant was quite uncomfortable, with food preparers visibly sweating onto the surfaces. The food preparation areas and counters weren't clean, and I had to wait 20 minutes to check out since only one register was open. Despite appearing new, it seems to lack adequate support from the rest of the staff. Overall, the excessive heat made dining inside quite unpleasant.

The staff took a long time to take my order because they were too busy chatting. I really hope they can focus more on serving customers. I ordered a plain bagel with spread, but it turned out to be very chewy and cold, despite my specific request for it to be toasted.

I share the same love for bagels that many others do, and this place is fantastic! It's usually lively, but today it had an unexpectedly relaxed atmosphere. The staff is incredibly friendly, and I really enjoyed the coffee they served. Thank you!
