Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Methuen

This restaurant has the best staff I have encountered in a long time. We had a large order for the office and everything was prepared perfectly and tasted fresh.

The service was excellent and the staff was amazing. The only issue was with the manager. I overheard him yelling at an employee at the food station, telling them to "pick up the pace" in a very harsh tone. This behavior was unacceptable, especially considering the fantastic service provided by the rest of the staff.

Individuals who appreciate sophistication will enjoy this restaurant, as the manager and staff exude a lovely positive energy.

Wonderful staff, good food and service. very friendly staff and earned raises. the manager or whoever it has been treated, the personal as animals. he screamed to them and told them that they are not paid in the run of time. so they don't keep their workers. they deserve to be well treated for their exceptional service.

Now that's it's closer to home I am definitely going here every week
