Bidra med feedbackWhat’s the point of allowing online orders if they aren’t prepared until the customer arrives? I placed my breakfast order online at 10:15, fully aware that I would miss the 10:30 cutoff. When I arrived, I mentioned that I had missed the cutoff, and I was informed that they don’t start preparing orders until the customer is present in order to avoid serving cold food. Really? I would have expected Chick-fil-A to have warmers to keep the food hot. I left feeling disappointed, especially since I was craving a chicken biscuit and didn’t have much time to wait.
Recently, our orders have been missing something—be it the sauces we requested or particular items we ordered at the drive-thru. For example, the representative forgot our request for grilled items. On a positive note, the quality of the food remains consistent. I'm hoping this is just a temporary issue and that future orders will be managed with more care, prepared correctly, and delivered in a timely manner.
We eat here three or more times a week, especially after sports. We typically place our orders ahead of time, and although the line might appear long, they are exceptionally organized, making the process quicker than anticipated. Our orders are always accurate, even with our frequent unusual modifications.
The woman who took my order was very friendly. I waited about six minutes, and she apologized for the delay. I got there at 10:22 and told her I was happy to wait because I was looking forward to lunch. She assured me it would be worth it. After I placed my order, she let me know that I might have to wait an extra seven minutes. Overall, the service was excellent, the atmosphere was spotless, and the food was delicious.
This is, without a doubt, the best Chick-fil-A I've ever been to. The staff is extremely friendly, and the ordering process is flawlessly executed. The food was served hot and was incredibly tasty. If I lived nearby, I would come to this location regularly. I give it a perfect 5 out of 5 and highly recommend it!
