Bidra med feedbackThe first time we tried to dine at this restaurant, we waited a long time for a table but ultimately left without being seated. Determined to try again, we made a reservation for our next visit. Despite receiving confirmation via email, when we arrived at the restaurant, we were told they were not honoring reservations due to technical issues. Disappointed, we decided to leave once again.
The hostess indicated that the restaurant did not honor OpenTable reservations upon arrival at the restaurant. After waiting several minutes waiting for the manager, he acknowledged the OpenTable reservation to be valid and located a table for us. Hopefully, the restaurant management communicates better in the future with its staff about OpenTable reservations.
When we arrived, the hostess informed us that the restaurant's reservation system wasn't set up. Even though we made a reservation prior to arrival, they could not honor it and we still had to wait 25min.
Service was very poor. The hostess was very rude. It took our waitress forever to take our drink order we sat for at least 15 minutes without drinks. Our order was taken we sat for 10 more minutes two appetizers were bought to the table then (one was made the wrong way)we were told they didn't have the other two appetizers we ordered. I could go on more with my experience but I'll just leave it at that.
We waited 45 minutes to be seated. 20 minutes to be waited on. 25 minutes for the first appetizer. 30 minutes for the 2nd appetizer. It was 20-30 for every item after. All the food was cold. Our kids were crying because they were hungry. The waitress had a attitude. Then had the nerve to sit down at the table behind us because she knew the people held a conversation. We sat there for almost 4 hours our kids fell asleep before they finished eating. In the past we had bad service but we figured we would give them another chance this was the worst service ever.
