Bidra med feedbackWe waited a short time for a table because there was no urgency at the host booth. Our server was nice and friendly, but it wasn't the fastest. My first rollup had a hair in it. The second one was rolled in a dirty leash. Spoke with the manager, and he got me a clean set so I could just eat. The appetizer Combo was 't the best, as the skin was completely boiled and dry, and it was just a shortage of appetizer in general and then a fly flew into the sauce and then simply cooled there on the plate. She asked if we were done, and we advised her that we didn't want to look at the fly and removed the plate. I got the Road Kill chopped steak, not knowing it is now different prepared than years ago. Fortunately, I got a real steak for dinner against a Hamburgerpatty. My friend even made the comment, why do you have such terrible luck? If the manager hadn't been on the ground, I'm not sure that any of my problems had been resolved as quickly as they were. If you spend money to eat after a nine-hour shift, mediocre food and service are not on my list. I haven't eaten in the roadhouse for years, and unfortunately I doubt I'll ever return.
I wanted to celebrate my birthday on Saturday at Texas Road House. We had a party of 20 and my husband arrived there at 5:45. The waiting time is 2 to 2 1/2 hours. We were placed on the waiting list. Tammy, the manager was on the front who flirts with another employee, the man almost had his head in her chest. While Tammy flirted, she told me that our 7-minute quota was almost high. Twenty minutes later my whole party of 20 we extremely annoyed adults and children, my sister in law and I went back and Tammy basically told us that the party they were waiting for was cutting cake when I said 20 minutes ago that the party had already given its ticket to cash and that there were a few minutes. While my whole party (which are by the way ALL Mesquite inhabitants) noticed that parties are sitting from 7-8. I asked Tammy why she never offered separate tables in a section or suggested and said she could do that, but not say she would. She never apologized for the inconvenience and had an attitude. Of course we are at this point in an almost three-hour waiting period, of course everyone was upset. Allowed my sister in the law Tammy said a bad word, then another employee was involved, said not Ma 'am' you said to kick us from the waiting list and go. This was an absolute waste of time and badly handled. Everyone had a terrible attitude and didn't understand. Saturday was a special day for me and set ALL places I made a big mistake by choosing Texas Roadhouse in Mesquite. It's time my guests and I never come back. I understand that places are occupied, but this is certainly not the way customers should be treated. I have many connections and this party was looking forward to eating there, unfortunately, this left a very bad taste in my guest mouth and they said they would return NIE back to Mesquite Texas Roadhouse!

If you want several mouthfuls of little more than congealed gross animal fat, try the pulled pork. It's disgusting.
