Bidra med feedbackI and my fiancée went here about a week ago and ordered breakfast, the night after we deceived our stomachs and could not stop using the bathroom, we both had to say in the ER for them, we both have the stomach flu in mind, we did not have a vehicle at the time so we can not catch a stomach flu in the house anyway. If you can go on the Sonic line, instead I would recommend something as this place where your food is disgusting and the staff do not keep their work area clean if you ever have a look inside. I will present a report to the health inspector and the city.
Bad customer service. I waited 20 minutes for a few drinks for which I had made an order in the app. You lie and say they are on the way with your order and the order is not even close to being pre. I broke in after 10 minutes and said I was waiting for my order. The guy said absolutely nothing. I buzzed back 5 minutes later and asked for my or a refund, said the girl, she would process my refund. I asked for a superior and a guy named Marcus came out, he said the drinks were secure the money on your card in 2-3 days, and gave me my entrance. Maybe if their workers don't run around with AirPods and constantly review their phones, they would be able to serve the customer in time. I went to the sound at 80 and belt line and got my drinks in less than 5 minutes and this includes the time I placed my order and the girl did not go to the car with AirPods in her ear check her phone.
I go to this Sonic every morning and they're always short. You apply that this is the morning drink stop, but you are sure to be late in school or work when you go here. Update: I gave this Sonic another shot and I feel like they really tried to improve their delivery time in the morning. The manager is super nice. Thank you and keep up the good work?
They need to retrain , that so rude and attitude when take order , not give right order customer want , when I try to tell them on the creen not right ,they just stop talk and show on the screen how you want to pay. I feel so sorry for owner when they have employees like this .REALLY NEED TO RETRAIN .
Was there for UberEATS to pick up drinks only for a customer...took about 15 minutes to get the drinks after having to push the red button 3 times. UberEats says to cancel orders if wait time is 10+ minutes but I had already informed the customer we were waiting on the drinks
