Chuck’s Cajun Cuisine - Mesquite

Having been raised in South Louisiana, I can attest that this restaurant serves the most authentic Southern Louisiana cuisine. The shrimp sandwich was absolutely amazing, with large Gulf shrimp that practically melts in your mouth. They really know how to do it right! The fries were also cooked to perfection. Keep up the great work!

I was pleasantly surprised by how good the food was at this restaurant. The peas were great, the potato salad was great, and the mac and cheese was amazing. The catfish was also crispy and delicious.
