The lady who took our order was very friendly however extremely unprofessional and had to take my order THREE TIMES and it still wasn't correct. Every time the drive thru window opened it smelled horrible like sewage. Hours say 24/7 but I've gone several times around 10 and the place is closed. I sat my bag of food between my husband and I and not 1, not 2, but THREE roaches crawled out of the bag!! I wasn't given a receipt but my order was nearly 40$! Nobody answered when I called to report roaches and the horrific smell coming from building. And no the roaches 100% didn't come from my car or home. We have never seen a roach in our house in the 6 years we've lived here. We definitely won't ever give them another chance but hopefully for health sake they shape up. I would like to reiterate that the workers I interacted with were extremely pleasant but our experience was a negative 5 star.

My review is for the two gentlemen who were working alone today, Sunday, May 15. They were so kind, helpful, well mannered, I could go on. I would love to have either of those gentlemen on my team!!! I wish I would have gotten their names, but I was stressing and having a terrible day. They really turned it around for me. Thank you! I will be calling tomorrow and making sure the manager knows about these two going above and beyond.

DO NOT i repeat DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!! About 3:15 on this day i came through the drive through and ordered a fish sandwich meal and a WHOPPER sandwich with extra pickle and extra mayo....I was asked if i wanted cheese I said NO. I paid for my order and drove off. I get home and there is CHEESE. I go back to the store and i went in this time and said my whopper HAS CHEESE AND I ordered NO CHEESE. so my order was called back to the cook NO CHEESE Extra Mayo and Pickle...so Im WATCHING the cook make the sandwich and AGAIN cheese was added but the manager caught it and said HEY NO CHEESE.... I get my order go back home to NO KETCHUP or nothin just meat and mayo and pickle well IM STEAMING AT THIS POINT so i call....I called 3 times each time i was hung up on. I just wanted you to know that this is sooooo UNACCEPTABLE. I mean the cooks have screens of the orders what do they not get proper training...im not understanding i wasnt going to drive back because i would not have been nice i decided to complain here

Walked up and doors were locked. Not even a sign saying their dining room was closed. Ambulance won't fit in drive thru.
