Wendy's - Mesa

I waited fifteen minutes just to place my order, and they consistently take longer than expected. While the food at other Wendy's locations is fantastic, that's not the case here. My order was incorrect, and the interior and windows were covered in trash. I wouldn't recommend bringing kids to this restaurant. One employee even left to go to the store next door to buy a swisher while I continued to wait—I'm still here and haven't even ordered yet, and now it's been 30 minutes. To top it off, she's trying to overcharge me. Corporate really needs to investigate this location; it's quite disappointing.

We had to wait for the dining room to open, but it was definitely worth it. We ordered the Biggie Deal, and it was absolutely delicious!

The service was extremely slow. I waited over 15 minutes in the drive-thru line for a Frosty at 8:30 PM, with five cars in front of me. One of the employees mentioned they were experiencing technical issues. However, he had a great sense of humor, which I appreciated.

Great burger!! I suggest you stop in and get your craving before they run out, LOL

What else can I say great food! Great service! Very kind workers especially loved speaking with Reggie he gave my kids stickers and kept us laughing. Rachel took our order and helped us at the window she was so kind and answered all of our questions.
