I was two in the line. it took 18 minutes to visit. without potatoes available for everyone. that was very low on chili. the gentleman at the front counter with the pink hair seemed very confused and had no experience. my understanding is that he has been one there, but they have no help.
Line was extremely long, there were 5-6 employees who all had an employment or were mentally not there. how complete idiots run around. like bumper cars in one another. it was ridiculous.
Used drive thru the boy that was supposed to help me was very rude. I tried to ask a question he cut me off would let me get a word in. So I asked if I could speak to someone else and this other girl came to the Window She said she was deft. But she could hear the guy speaking behind her that was speaking smack to me.I was having a great evening prior to my horrible experience at this Wendy's.Needless to say, I didn't feel safe ordering food there.
Gave me a small frosty and said that was a large. 4.21 for a small ticks me off. Lady in drive thru said that is the correct size. Extremely rude service. Said every other Wendy's is giving out the wrong size. Okay...whatever. Really runny. Not even good.
Well.... I just want to say, we love Wendy's! But, what happened today is sooooo annoying!!!!We ordered a Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger with mustard, ketchup and a lot of onion only. (exactly what i said) The woman asked if I wanted mayo. I repeated mustard, ketchup and onion ONLY! (I stressed ONLY) The woman was nice, said she got it.We arrived home and opened the burger..it came with lettuce, tomatoe and 1 piece of onion!GEEZ!!!!! Next time, we will be sitting in the drive thru opening our order to make sure it's correct!!!!!! Come on Wendy's.... you can do better!!!
