Taco Bell - Mesa

Terrible service at lower Dobson rd location. Crew lost my pickup order then made me wait for 45 min before they told me it was lost. After that the employees were rude to me for pointing out their mistake. Not coming again I do not recommend. I've tried here a few times and every time something has been wrong with my order. I jus wanted some tacos man.

Why do they have this neon sign in the window saying the DRIVE THRU open and they are closed at 4:00 pm in the afternoon. Standing in the window smiling and laughing when people pull up! Stop hiring lazy kids who love to find any reason not to work!

Seriously the best. Fresh hot food. You should be teaching others how to send fast food out the fast food window the tacos were perfectly fresh the meat was hot the vegetables were cold the Mexican pizza was absolutely phenomenal. The service was fast and friendly I cannot say more if I could give you 10 Stars I would way to go...

Please be sure to check your order before leaving drive thru. They messed up my order 4 separate times. It was always the taco supreme. I pay extra for the supreme and they just take my money and don’t make it supreme. The manager is very nice and will fix the order it’s just bad how consistently they don’t do it right. :

Okay, I'm writing this, I'm gonna make sure the dread I felt let her know what happened to my order and isn't really able to prove it. so here goes last night I went through running gear thru I paid with cash and my debit card but the cashier cannot know or experience enough to know how to make a cash and debit transaction, so she took my money and she calculates my debit card the full amount of my order I don't order until today after some online shopping I noticed that she will be fully charged me. I went this morning and they told me that I came back at 3.5 hours later and then for me that this manager does not work until 8 that would wait another 5 hours! the young man who unfortunately doesn't have his name, please say I'll call someone and see if I can help you. he said he went back and he spoke to an assistant on the manager and they gave me both the money I gave them last night and he bought me dinner. many thanks to that they make this a simple situation and solve it with ease and also thanks for dinner
