Starbucks Coffee - Mesa

Was there at 9am. I ordered 3 coffees. Stood in the front area looking at everything in cups for sale and blah blah blah. Stayed up front waiting for them to call my name. I 'm seeing people walking in and leaving and I 'm still standing there ! I see a small tray with cups in it, and ask is that for me ? I 've been here over 30 min . We called your name . I said no you didn 't ! I 've been here up front the whole time, you never called my name. (I would have called it again thinking someone didn 't hear their name being called). I wasn 't having conversation with anyone, I was there just to pick up our drinks. Guess I better try to fit in better next time. No, wait, there will NOT be a next time ! Thx.

Rude AF! I asked the cashier if they had the sandwich I wanted (otherwise if they didn?t I would?ve skipped the food and just gotten a drink), cashier said yes. When I pulled up to the window, I paid someone else came over saying they didn?t have it. I didn?t want anything else but since I already paid I had to choose something. They asked me to pull up (did not tell me go around the corner). One of the girls came out and rudely told me that next time I need to pull around because I caused them a huge line and she had to walk thru the bushes. I?m sorry I caused a huge line because y?all didn?t have the sandwich I wanted after you told me you did. I just wanted a refund and not another sandwich. I wasn?t even rude when they told me they didn?t have it, I just politely picked a different one. Her tone and deliverance was just so rude not needed for Starbucks mistake. I never leave reviews unless they?re positive but this was just so dumb and unwarranted.

Had Lori helping me at the drive thru, I couldn't remember my drink and she was very polite, and helpful. Absolutely loved her customer service ????

Great location. Always upbeat and friendly. Drive Thru is always busy. I like to order on the app and go inside (much quicker) they all say hello and makes you feel great. Drink is always ready and taste great. I highly recommend this location. Today I had the Chai Tea Latte without ice (wow this tastes amazing) not watered down and I actually taste the chai. Next visit will be the pumpkin spice latte! Hurry in and get this it won?t last long?. Love the holidays

The store is located at a very convenient location. The staff are very pleasant and courteous. The customers who visit this location are also very courteous. My order was ready in minutes. The store was clean and spacious. Also has long tables with quite a few outlets for those of us who loves to sit there, study or do our homework, or do office work away from office. They also have great outdoor sitting area available. I would recommend this location to anyone.
