Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers - Mesa

Made an online order for curbside pick up had me sitting outside for 15+ Minutes and some time is reasonable because I was early however if I say I'm picking up at 445 don't make me wait 10+ minutes after said time..... you'll know how to take the order/reservation but not keep up with standards.... I love your food but customer service is everything and no one came out to tell me there's a wait or anything and turns out you didn't even make my food I order 1hour ago and now you're making it.. I'll never come back this is outrageous ???? btw they never came out. I had to go in and it's like I never ordered it till she looked threw the computer so my order was here the while time..... I'm beyond mad with you service.. home update you messed up one of my combos and of course it was mine... this is literally the worst.. don't use their app

The food is great. The food orders are almost always correct. For some reason drink orders at this location are about 50/50 if you get what you ordered, so check before you leave. Especially if you order unsweetened tea, odds are you'll get sweetened tea. Shrinkation has hit Cane's, the chicken strips are definitely smaller than they used to be.

1st and probably last time here. Ordered 2 of the 4 piece box combos to go. Let's start with the toast. It was brown but didn't have any type of toasting to it. The coleslaw was bland. The fries were warm at the most and soggy. The 4 pieces of chicken were tiny. Each one was about the size of my thumb. The best part was the sauce. It had good flavor. The counter service was prompt and the food came out quickly for how busy they were. I had heard good things about this chain. Hopefully it was a once in a lifetime experience but it will be just that. Once and done. Would not recommend this chain to anyone based on my experience here.

Workers are paid great, opportunities for advancement and pay raises. Does have some employees who have attitudes, maybe they are having outside issues? a lot of young kids thou. Food is great, most of the time and they are willing to make it right if it?s not above standards! Great fresh food, never frozen! All is made from scratch Daily and workers have all major holidays off!

Very disappointed. The price for a three piece combo was raised over two dollars and the chicken tenders have gotten a lot smaller. The chicken tenders are still very good however for almost $10 for a three Pieces, french fries, bread and a Coke, I don’t feel it’s worth it anymore. If you’re going to raise the price is why I make the piece of smaller?
