Panda Express - Mesa

I arrived at the restaurant and my order wasn’t ready, so I waited for a while since it was busy. After seeing three customers get their orders, I inquired about mine, but for some reason, they didn’t have it. A little later, a team member named Samantha approached me to ask about my order. She was very professional and friendly during our conversation. Unfortunately, more time passed and someone else ended up taking my order. Normally, this would frustrate me, but the way the staff treated me made the experience much more pleasant. Keep up the great work!

I absolutely love their daily special subs! I tried the Spicy Italian Sub, and it was fantastic! They really load it up with everything you could want. Give it a shot—it's definitely worth it!

We visited just before graduation, so not all the dishes were available, including my favorite: orange chicken. I was dining with a vegetarian friend, but unfortunately, the superplant entrée wasn't offered due to the restaurant's closing time. He ended up just ordering a small side of noodles. I ordered my usual second entrée to go along with my plate. The staff member noticed that our order seemed a bit lacking, and instead of charging us for two separate bowls, she combined them into a single dish, which ended up being cheaper than what we had originally planned. I thought that was very thoughtful and a testament to her work ethic and attention to detail! I’ll definitely return.
