Kfc - Mesa

I see all bad reviews and must agree. this is the second time that I tried this place and the second time that she gave me little overcooked pieces of huhn. I ordered the 8 pieces. they had no boobs ready to have substituted legs. they gave me two little legs. that is not a substitute for boobs. legs were small and overcooked. what a tear for $28.00

Check them and open their boxes in the order, careless workers gave me only fraught in the chicken sandwich box instead of the spicy chicken sandwich. will never go to this place again. the steering of human money should hire competent staff. extremely disappointed.

I usually hate giving bad reviews but I feel my money was wasted and I was so disappointed I can't stay silent. I had tried ordering a pot pie from the closest kfc near me they didn't have any so I went to this location . I'm about 8 month pregnant and I'm hungry I spend over 8 dollars on the pot pie meal. I couldn't wait I had been seeing it all over social media and it was all I wanted I love pot pies. I took the fork and poked the top and it hit nothing the amount of filling in this pot pie didn't even give me 2 spoon fulls of filling I can't believe I wasted my money on this. I don't know if they are made this way from the facility or if a worker was having a bad day and just wanted to ruin someone's day but this was the worst waste of money i have ever spent. Do not order a pot pie if you are hungry . If you are a mouse and only want one bite of food I guess this 8 dollar rip off is for you.

For this KFC to be the only one in the area AND to be surrounded by so many Popeyes Chicken, the services and food availability is lacking. From waiting in lines, to not having chicken, to being left at the speaker in the drive through for more than a few moments no one really knows what's happening. I have tried this location more than one when craving KFC specifically and every time, without fail, I am reminded of why I cannot have KFC regardless of wanting it. To be clear, I am a fan of KFCs, but not willing to drive across town to get chicken when Popeyes (arguably better) has four restaurants circling this last remnant of what use to be awesome chicken. Thumbs Down.

Daniel was very friendly however this place has some serious issues. I only ordered a large coleslaw at the drive through but was asked to park and wait for them to bring it out to me. After waiting 10 minutes I went inside and found no employees at the front counter, only half of the menu illuminated and another person waiting to place their order. We waited over 5 minutes until Daniel appeared at the front counter and began taking an order. After another 5 minutes I asked where my coleslaw was. Daniel went and scouped the coleslaw into a container and apologized, but having to wait 20 minutes for 1 container of coleslaw is ridiculous!
