Jersey Mike's Subs - Mesa

Been here a few times and depending on who you get the sandwich can be good but be careful getting it Mike's way they might soak your sandwich completely with vinegar and oil. Didn't even ask for the vinegar and oil just the seasoning but still got mysandwich completely soaked and didn't wanna make the girl make another sandwich because the other person didn't care what Iwanted and just wanted to rush through and get it over with. I'll most likely be going to sprouts for a sandwich from now on.

I always order the #43 Chipotle Cheesesteak Sandwich, there really isn?t a sandwich that compares. Only downside to this place is it?s expensive AF. Way too overpriced for sandwiches that don?t fill you up. Despite the prices being outrageous, theirbread is unbelievably soft and tasty. You really can?t go wrong with ordering anything here

You go to Jersey Mike's for an Awesome Sub Sandwich! You go on to Jersey's Mike's when the employees are friendly, professional and make a big sub! I personally go to this place several times a week. The store is always clean, the staff is very professional and they treat their customers as a family. I was so often that I don't even have to order, they just look at me and say '13 tub' and I'm done. The owner of this location has 2 other locations in the valley and they are Fantastic Too!!

This was our first time visiting this restaurant and unfortunately, we will not be returning, at least not to this specific location on Power and McKellips. The staff were very unfriendly and unwelcoming. There were flies landing on the sandwiches that were being prepared. My sandwich became soggy from an excessive amount of vinegar and oil, to the point where the bread was ruined within just 30 seconds of receiving it. My boyfriend ordered the chicken bacon ranch sandwich but there was no ranch on it, so he had to go back and ask for a side of ranch to dip it in. Despite the option to have it remade, we decided not to bother due to the rude behavior of the employees. Before we even started eating, his sandwich was mistakenly given to a car for pickup. When he asked about it, the employee tossed it to him without saying a word. The lack of apology or acknowledgment was incredibly disappointing. The customer service was overall terrible, with the exception of one younger blonde girl who was kind. It seemed like the store was mainly run by high school students, with an elderly man who was the rudest of all.

We had a great meal during the lunch break at this restaurant. The food was delicious, although the place could have been a bit cleaner as the tables and windows were dirty. Despite that, I would definitely return in the future.
