I love the teamwork and unity of the entire staff! They made me feel like a superstar!!!!

I went to the restaurant to order a custom cake and Marcus was very helpful and friendly! He provided excellent suggestions and paid close attention to detail. I was able to pick up my order in 2 days. When I returned to pick up my custom cake, Marcus greeted me and brought out my order. The cake looked fantastic and was a hit at the party! I am extremely satisfied with the service at this location and would definitely trust them with future custom orders. Thank you so much!

Cashier didn't let me use my discount/rewards because the machine didn't work. what he said it happens all the time. I asked if there is anything else he could do and he said no. he would have asked one of the other 3 people who could work or give me a discount for the inconvenience.

Set up a pick-up order. the order was correct and tasted good. there must be better waiting skills here. was not able to put in the door for almost 20 minutes due to the amount of people who could not find out how to properly arrange. once in the personal are friendly and helpful.

At least the right time for cold stone ice! the best! yummy someone who didn't try it! if they like ice cream, they need to try this ice cream! so delicious! and I always had a great service at this place, thank you!
