Carrabba's Italian Grill - Mesa

Sat at the bar on a busy Christmas Eve and enjoyed excellent food and service as always. Try the Tuscan Filet with a little linguine marina; you'll never go back! The Conundrum matched well with everything, including a small cup of chicken soup and the staple warm bread/oil combo. Will come again and again!

The place was very good the waiter was amazing. I gave 4 stars because of the soup . May be it wasn?t my type but the overall experience was very good .

Carrabas grille. Good tasting food. Their pastas are made in-house (and they have wood pizza ovens! Talk about authentic Italian food. Carrabba's is known to make their pastas in-house rather than purchasing them dried (via HomePerch . Clearly, this makes the meals much tastier ? plus, fresh pasta can absorb sauce better than dried.

We use to come at least one a week but they have changed their menu and started to give smaller portions. There cooks just are not what they use to be. Still ok tho. Update 5-21-22 Still not the same as it use to be! Had the Lobster ravioli and it was just meh. Still love the calamari Riccardo tho! Our server was awesome! She took great care of us! Supper polite! I would give 5 stars for the service but the food just wasn't 5 stars it was around 2...

Update: my husband and I went back and had a much better experience! Drinks stayed full, our server was very attentive and went above and beyond, and the food was amazing. We will be back for more! Thank you Carrabba's! I will update the next time I try here again, if I eat in the restaurant. The restaurant seemed very nice, I liked the ambiance of the lighting, seemed pretty clean too. For a first time visit I must say that the food left me wanting more as it tasted great, but service was less than stellar. As a former server myself, I try to be understanding, but what I saw tonight was a cluster of confusion and tunnel vision from the staff who simply were not prepared for the rush. The whole store was in the weeds, and not one manager in sight, where is the leadership to help lead them through the night? Right now the only redeeming quality is the food, but next time we might do carry out instead
