Bidra med feedbackTerrible! bad service. I didn't get proper ordering from n the app so I had to drive through the window again. I even asked the worker if my sweet and sour sauce was in the pocket. She says it is. No, it wasn't! McDonalds weren't so busy. even then they didn't realize they were ordered wrong. I worked for mcdonalds. I know they can do better. they do not care how bad the service is because they do not appreciate their job. I didn't get any quitting from them to complain about the app. do not disturb the order by app, because it takes longer than just go through.
I have a few truck drivers who were traveled from kamloops to vancouver and the employees in the merritt mcdonalds denied service for the truck drivers (the cars were closed to vancouver and had no place to the coffee) the driver went in. the restorate and the personal asked if he wanted to use the washroom and he said no, but I would like to buy a coffee, said the worker no, he asked why? because I can only serve them when they go, although the drive through, the driver explains, I have 86 ft lkw and pendant, they still said, no I can serve them, sooo my question is where they think it is her human being

2 sausage and egg combos while on a business trip to the coast and back. Food was prepared correctly but the park and wait for 15 minutes when I was the only person in drive thru was excessive. Anyways, might want to prepare to park...when visiting this location.
Driving the highway to Vancouver, stopped to fuel my vehicle and decided to use my seven sticker free beverage card at this MacDonalds franchise.Huge line-up, I waited my turn while reading a local newspaper.When at last getting to place my latte order,was told there would...be a .35cent charge for vanilla syrup.Preceded to sit down and read another local paper and then a province newspaper before my drink was ready.It eventually arrived and had not been stirred.This franchise could do with some serious staff training, and hopefully turn their service skills in the right direction!
