Papa Gino's - Merrimack

We are around the corner from PaPa Gino?s and waited almost an hour and a half for our order. We called to see if it was held up. We were told they hadn?t left yet! She said it should be another 20 minutes and it was. The order arrived ice cold. Thecheeseburger that was ordered with lettuce, tomato and pickles was just a small burger cut to fit the sub roll. It was all verydisappointing. We won?t be ordering from them again any time soon.

My chicken Vermonter was perfect! This is the second busiest store within the company so you might have to wait a little longer for your food. I promise it?s well worth it though! Keith, Jay, Jenna team keep up the amazing work. ??

If your looking for delivery now they use door dash which should guarantee cold food and longer waits and higher delivery charge. If you have a concern they will let you know ?we are using door dash moving forward? and dismiss your complaint.

The service we received at this Papa Gino's was EXCEPTIONAL! My 6 year old granddaughter was upset about going and was threatening to leave. Maverick was kind enough to bring our order to our table. I greatly appreciated that!! The food wasjust what we ordered, delicious and hot!! A+ in every way!!! :
