Pho Cyclo Vietnamese - Merrifield

I ordered warm soup with pho cyclo, shrimp roll, and grilled beef and enjoyed it. The grilled beef was tender and well seasoned. It had a clean taste overall. The friendliness of the staff is also good.

Food is decent. It is like Vietnamese food with a modern twist. Pro tips: if you are watching your carb intake, they have Shirataki noddles as a sub which is delicious.

Great pho and friendly service. This is a regular family favorite for us.

The restaurant is overall nice and homey. The broth of the vegetarian pho wasn't very good in my opinion (too sweet and salty), however the portions were generous and had lots of veggies and tofu. It was wonderful to have the option of steamed tofu versus fried.

I ordered the #58 Pho Cyclo. Best pho I've had in a LONG time! Absolutely delicious.
