Bidra med feedbackI'm very irritated with the one who dropped my lunch tonight. I understand that mistakes happen, but they possess. I ordered my sandwichs and a drink tonight and when I opened my door to get the food that the drink had been stuffed and there was no cup in front of place and the bag to my eating was wet. (mention I live in an apartment so I can't just wash it off). No one knocked to let me know that they spiled or tried to help. later I took my dog out and they had decided to put the empty cup near the beginning of the apartment approx. 30 feet to leave. how disrespectful is that they have simply left it with the spill, but the fact that they have let out the müll is irritating. then we called the eagle restaurant and they said they would add $10 to my account, but they did not and I don't think this is even a thing because they don't refund my card. really disappointed by this situation as well as the fact that the last two times I have ordered my food it is taken an hour to reach me.
Just a minute away from the city, I experienced a long wait at this restaurant, but it wasn’t because they were busy; I was the third customer in line. The bread was hard and chewy, almost like gum. I couldn't help but wonder where the mayonnaise was because my sandwich was very dry and lacked flavor. My son’s Italian sandwich looked more like something from Jimmy John’s! Usually, they love their sandwiches, but this time it was disappointing.
Tonight, I ordered a sandwich, and it took over an hour for it to be delivered. To make matters worse, they also forgot my drink.
I was very disappointed with my experience. I placed my order hoping to enjoy my lunch at work, but my food didn't arrive until my break was already over. It took 40 minutes for them to deliver my meal, and by the time it arrived, I didn't even have a chance to eat it. When it finally showed up, I had to go back inside the restaurant to get it. Now I guess I'll have to settle for a soggy sandwich at 10 o'clock while I'm at work. Overall, it was a frustrating experience.
I'm so impressed by this restaurant. I've never had anything but excellent service there. Today I went in to place a catering order and was helped by the manager, Robert.He was SO helpful. I wasn't sure how many sandwiches I'd need and he helped me figure out the best option. Then it came to the types of sandwiches, and he helped me select good choices for my guests.While I was there, I ordered a ham sandwich for lunch. I decided to eat in the restaurant, and because I was alone, I had the opportunity to see the employees doing their jobs, but laughing and joking with one another while working. In these times it's great to see people happy at work.
