Jersey Mike's Subs - Meridian

Was pretty excited to try this place as I?ve heard good things but when I opened the wrapper I was pretty disappointed to find that the bread is soaked in oil and vinegar. Bread was almost completely soggy. The turkey tastes really weird. It was inedible. I will never be going back and encourage others not to as well as there are way better sandwich places that know how to put oil and vinegar on their sandwiches without drenching the bread.

Went in on 8/14/22 to pick up a DoorDash order and the customer service I received was horrible. The employees all seemed lost and like they were having a really hard time figuring out the orders. They had not started the sandwiches for my order and were very slow to tell me what was going on. I unassigned the order and left once they finally told me it would be another 10mins for them to prepare the hot subs. I will no longer accept DoorDash orders for this location. I never get this kind of service from Jersey Mike's the management here must be very poor.

We were so excited about this new location to open up. When it was new we gave it a few chances horrible experience but it?s still a new location. I went there today and did an order pickup and waited there for over an hour. Then the cashier didn?t even call out my name. Is he expecting me to just know my order is there? While i continue to wait there for so long? Two of the guys were nice one of them actually acknowledged me but the other guys were awful. Not the first time this has happened and i will never come pack to this location again! Not even organized it?s a complete disaster.

64 grilled shrooms on wheat with relish! Great people, this is the best of Jersey Mikes, thank you Fresh food fast, no better Resteraunt anywhere.

Literally the slowest service I have ever received. I was never approached at the counter, I had to initiate that I was ready for my order. No one was actually making food, everyone was messing around socializing with one another. Yet, they stated they are very busy, when there was 3 customers in the lobby including myself. Took well over 20 minutes to make one sandwich. As I was leaving, an employee who clocked out and was leaving proceeded to almost hit me with his car. Terrible service.
