Great service. Food was served pretty fast. Rice was plain could've added more refried beans. Tortilla chips aren't homemade but edible. Overall good food. Styrofoam plates plastic cutlery was a surprise.

My favorite place to eat especially ceviche toastadas. In my personal opinion the HORCATAS are the best in town.
