Nines American Bistro - Mequon

I was less than impressed with the River Club tonight. The service was adequate at best and the food (we all had fish — two perch and a cod) was fair. We’ve had some great meals here, and maybe this was an off night, but tonight wasn’t impressive. The price was great (under $100 for food and drinks), but the entire meal was lackluster.

This was the worst dinner I’ve ever had. The service was so slow, the waitress goofed up everyone’s dinners, chicken wasn’t cooked. I have never had worse food or service anywhere, when the meal was over they never asked if we wanted dessert just brought the bill and never came back. Terrible!

The 9 oz filet mignon for only $36 is a very good value. It was cooked the way I like it being medium, or pink in the middle. The atmosphere was pleasant quiet on Saturday 9/14/19. Hopefully, more people will try this restaurant.

Four of us had a lovely time at your elegant restaurant the food delicious, Will was an outstanding waiter and the music beautiful. Have you checked with your staff to encourage marketing ideas to increase your business? We'll be back.
