Ordered pick up frys are peppered instead of salted. My hamburger wasn't right so l had to return. Third try finally right. I'm a good sport but really?

Literally the slowest service I've ever experienced. Took 40 minutes to get a sandwich. The server could not handle the pressure of a line... Also the piece of chicken still had feathers on it, like it wasn't plucked completely.

Best Chicken sandwich I have ever had, so much flavor and crispy. Presentation was perfect!

Service was okay, but the food tasted like it had been sitting out for a while. Fries were kinda of stale and the suace for the wings was pretty bland.

So we ended up at the building in which this is located to have a beer from North High Brewing. A snack was in order, so we thought we’d split an order of boneless wings.I ordered online since there was a line. Went to pick them up and the order that looked like it had gone through on my phone did not get to them. I waited off to the side, as I was assured it would take but a minute. It didn’t take more than a couple. The wings that I had ordered extra crispy with hot honey sauce came out old and cold with whatever they call their “hot” sauce. I think it’s really called Frank’s Red Hot sauce. I should have marched them right back, but we didn’t want to spend half the day there.We decided that we could get some Tyson boneless wings at Kroger and have a better experience. One, they’d be hot. Two, they would have the right sauce. And — of course there’s a three — they’d be extra crunchy. Maybe this was just our bad luck. It just sucks because I had such high hopes for the place.
