Now I know staffing has impacted many things in regards to quantity and time management and I am totally okay and understanding of that but when you serve guacamole that has turned brown due to it not being fresh that?s just a quality issue which is a controllable. Very disappointed with quality. Will give another chance on a different day.
I stop by this location on my way home from work about once a week . I order a burrito bowl and a side of guacamole through the app for pickup. The quac today was straight brown and runny. $3 for a side of guacamole and they give me this trash it?s easy to say I won?t be returning.
Chipotle is by far my favorite fast food type place for a burrito. I have been addicted to it for years!! Unfortunately, I have seen the prices go up so much that I can 't afford to eat there is often as I wish I could! I don 't like that guacamole is an extra $3. This location has always been very accurate with my orders, it is clean, staff is friendly, And I have no complaints there. I 'm excited they are building one in West Bend because I 'll probably be their best customer!
Rude and disrespectful. My mother and I were ordering our food but they kept making comments that they couldn?t hear or understand us and even laughed about it during the whole process. Turn down the music then and be patient. They literally started ignoring my mom from ordering. They claimed she wasn?t making sense because of her accent and mask on. And laughed about it! Wanting to keep the peace, I said nothing. When handing our food, they literally threw it on the table! They did not hand us the bag of food, they THREW the bag! It even made a loud thud sound. I was actually more shocked that they did that. I love eating at Chipotle, but this specific place I do not recommend. I honestly felt they were doing it on purpose. We were planning on staying to eat, but with the service we got, we decided to just leave. We felt very uncomfortable. I worked in customer service, that was not customer service. That was Rude and Disrespectful.
