I was coming to Burger King to get something to eat before work. They were extremely slow. I ordered Double Whopper Meal and a Spicy chicken sandwich. They hand me the bag and I drive off to head to work and eat my meal in the parking lot. I open the bag and they forgot to give me my double whopper. I didnt have time to drive back so they pretty much stole money from me. They weren't even busy either. Literally only 3 other cars waiting. They didn't even give me a receipt either so theres no way I can even prove me purchase.
Same as other reviews. Cold and soggy food after 20 min wait. Chicken nuggets tasted like chicken flavored flour, so bad I didn't eat them. Said I wouldn't return but bf really wanted Burger King. He now had the same bad King wait, cold and soggy food) experience and agreed we would not have to go again. I once again ate cereal once finally home instead of what we paid for there.
Update: so I went again (this is the closest BK I have). Easier order this time: a Whopper meal and an extra order of fries. I get home: the extra fries are missing ? All I can do now is laugh and take it down from 2 stars to 1. One thing it surprised me is they have by the drive through window treats for people that have dogs when picking up food. It would have been a great gesture if they did the basics well. So to the owner of the franchise, read the book ?Raving Fans? These people have a severe training issue, they just can?t take an order right and takes them forever. Today I had to go through 3 different attendants at the drive through to place an order for 3 meals and an order of fries. Every single time I had to start over. Obviously it took forever. The poor people in line behind me had to drive away and I don?t blame them. On top of it they ran out of Coke, really ? I already had issues right after they opened but I thought it was that so I have them a break, but now they?ve been operating for a while. They really have a problem.
Went through the drive thru and ordered a large soda with no ice. Open the lid and see ice and 2? of empty cup. I looked back at the window and the employee was nowhere in sight. I politely knocked on the window but nobody answered. I?m in a wheelchair so I didn?t bother with the hassle of going in the store to ask for another drink (plus I?m always fearful they might tamper with my order). Oh well, bigger problems in the world I suppose so I?ll get over it. It?s just frustrating when it?s such a simple thing. And they weren?t busy so they had no excuse other than they just didn?t care enough to bother getting it right. Oh and it was $2.73 ?! Next time I?ll go to McDonald?s across the street and pay $1.05. They?ve never gotten it wrong. Their DT line is just crazy long no matter what time of day
