The matcha latte was good but they accidentally made mine hot instead of iced. Cinnamon bun was surprisingly incredible. Great place to loiter on a weekend or study. Great pastries

They are so under staffed that it takes so long to get your order and often they are not serving food because no one is working in the kitchen. Also, often their food is moldy and old. For the price they charge for their goods, one would expect better service and quality food.

Downtown Menlo's hidden gem! They continue to be great! Love their unique coffee blends and roasts. Hard working and nice folks here! Thank you for great espresso coffee options! Breakfast/snacks/Food items are expensive though. Closes 6pm everyday.

My Pour-over was exactly fine. Baked goods were fine. They blast the most obnoxious pop music in the world at volume 9000. Stuff that seemed to have been recorded just to confuse my noise-cancelling headphones. It made it impossible for me to work or concentrate. Also, the place is filthy, crowded, poorly lit, can’t find a napkin or silverware.. just a grubby vibe. Not relaxing. I’d rather go elsewhere unless every other coffee shop is too crowded. Had a latte yesterday. Wow , so delicious! Temp was just right. Yummy. Service was good I suppose, maybe a little slow due to a crowd from the Car Coffee event. Totally understand. Ambiance is nice and comfy. Lots of indoor and outdoor seatings. Recommend it if you're around and needed some good coffee
