Nothing Bundt Cakes - Menifee

I want to begin by saying that I usually refrain from leaving negative reviews, and I don't think I've ever done so before. When I called to place an order, I spoke with Evelyn. I understand that it was a busy time (as I have five years of experience in the food service industry), but her attitude was quite rude and condescending over the phone, which led me to decide not to place my order. She was also disrespectful to someone she was shouting at inside the store. There are plenty of other places with friendly staff that I can choose to order from, so this experience was really off-putting.

Delicious individual Bundt cakes available in various flavors. The taste is fantastic, and the icing is just the right amount. We've also tried their full-sized cake, and it was wonderful. Thank you!

I was pleasantly surprised to discover a Nothing Bundt Cakes location in Menifee. Their cakes are delicious, and the staff is incredibly friendly!

I had a great experience at Nothing Bundt Cakes in Menifee. Kaylee served me and she was very pleasant! I came in for my free birthday bundtlet. I love coming to NBC because it's always so festive inside. The store has some really cute items for sale. I bought a pretty, colorful glass cake plate from NBC. I've also purchased some fun candles. The Menifee store smelled wonderful and it was very clean and organized. And of course there's the obvious... you can't find a tastier, moister Bundt cake anywhere else. Well done!

Products and store are really cute. Aesthetic of the space is very pleasant....BUT staff are absolutely awful. Visited yesterday to grab some treats and were so excited. As soon as we step in we notice no one in the front but began to admire the store and look and the cooler case for flavor choices. Finally someone came in and she didn't greet us at all she was slamming things throughout the store. Slamming very loudly and even her cash register with the money slapping around and she seemed very ANGRY. I tried asking questions about flavors and before I finished my sentences she would answer bluntly and annoyed at my simple questions. We almost left because we felt so disgusted by her behavior but my husband urged me to try something and not let her terrible service let it stop me from enjoying a new flavor. Ambiance was shattered by her behavior and it took a lot for us to be pleasant and not ask to speak to a manager. The slamming of cash register, cooler doors, and boxes was just enough for me to never go back again. I rather drive to palos verdes, Los Angeles then drive 5 minutes to receive treatment like that. Including receipt for reference and to warn future buyers of this sale person.
