Carl's Jr. - Menifee

Went in recently to apply for a job and the staff members were very polite and helpful.

Always check your bag before leaving. Christmas Eve, haven’t had Carl’s Jr in months, was in the area so decided here. Came an hour before closing, about an hour later 25 miles away. I’m missing two items. Now they’re closed I’m out $15 because I won’t be able to come back in the area.

I haven't had Carl's Jr in a long time. Every time I drive by I get a whiff of the charbroiled smell and decided it was time to try it again after being disappointed some time ago. I made an online order for pick up. There was no line but there were still some major issues. The patties on the burgers were overcooked and cold. The gauc burger didn't have guac on it so I had to go back and ask them to remake it. Even after they remade the burger it was still cold. The people who helped me were fine but the food standards were subpar. I won't return any time soon unless I find out they improved their food standards which is a long shot.

It was ?? Halloween ?? and all the kids got free kids meals for wearing their costumes ????‍??‍?????‍??‍? ?

Very bad customer service. I understand they are busy and stressed out but they don’t have to be rude when ordering food.
