The Faulkland Inn - Mendip District

Flag stone floors, no soft furnishings music a bit loading a table had someone very singing everything made it hard to talk funny. But great ale and food.

The food was nice. HOWEVER the pub had not received my booking. Luckily they were able to bring us, but it was a bit embarrassing.

Excellent evening, food highly recommended. I have eaten regularly here, they never have a good service to disappoint.

We stayed in Faulkland at a 4-day break, the family met us for dinner at the nearby Faulkland Inn. A typical cozy place pub, very courteous, good bar area and well maintained, clean dining area. An extensive menu and daily specialties. All our six meals were delicious, abundant servings for famine, beautifully presented by helpful friendly staff. The food is highly recommended here. The only complaint would be that there is no guinness for our men.

This local pub is amazing! I enjoyed a fantastic Sunday Lunch and a bottle of wine. The Giant Yorkshire Pudding is not for the faint-hearted. I will definitely be returning!
