Wendy's - Memphis

This was the worst meal I have had in a long time. The chili tasted like ketchup mixed with meat and I was disappointed when I ordered a taco salad but they didn't even know what it was. They were out of the ingredients to make it. Even my partner didn't enjoy his meal. The chips for the taco salad were also missing. I believe we deserve some compensation as we had to throw most of our meal away. Please consider sending us some coupons for a better experience in the future. Thank you. Sue Thompson P.O. The French fries were cold, but the cheeseburger and drinks were good. The restaurant was full, but the service was slow. The young girls working at the window were unprofessional and rushed customers when they asked about missing items from their order.

The restaurant states that they close at 10 o'clock. I went to the drive-thru on 4/6/22 at 9:32 and nobody took my order on the screen. I proceeded to drive up to the window, but when the young lady saw me, she walked away. I waited for a while at the window for her to come back. When she finally realized I was still there, she walked away again. This is completely unacceptable!

For fries and frosty’s through the drive-thru at the wendy’s before bmh after a long day of the medical appointments. on the search for a pick-up of hot pommes and cold frostys. we got frostys without spoon while we waited for frits to get hot. that didn't happen. when we finally got rid and spoon for our melting frostys, the frits were lukewarm and unsalted. was not so advertised at all. very disappointed.
