Wasabi Sushi Asian Fusion - Memphis

I really wanted this to be a good experience, not so much. The sushi had very little taste, even the valcano and the rice hard. I was looking for something special,

I ordered a new sushi roll and it was unedible. I asked to order something else and management was not willing to work with me. They just lost a customer! Although I hate to give them any more money I will not punish the server by not giving her a tip. Manager wouldn't even come to speak to me, and it wasn't this servers fault. This Memphis roll is GROSS!

Small cuts. More like a Krystal Burgers fast food. We dined in and they said they were out of fish when we tried add a 3rd order. At our usual sushi restaurant we spend at least $180 on dinner. Schezuan is the place to go in Memphis for fresh sushi.

The restaurant offers a beautifully cozy atmosphere with free parking and isn't overly crowded. The food was excellent, and the service was quite quick. The prices were especially reasonable for both the Classic and Special Rolls, each served in a set of six pieces. The spicy salmon and tuna rolls were outstanding. The only disappointment was the fried rice, which didn't quite meet expectations.

I really enjoy this restaurant! You have to try the Ninja Roll—it's incredible! The food is of great quality, and the prices are very reasonable.
