Bidra med feedbackThe pizza was delicious and featured unique flavors, but the restaurant's small size meant there was limited seating. Additionally, dine-in customers were not given plates, and when they asked for some, they were told that plates were not available.
I enjoyed a meal that included salad, pizza, and wings, and to my delight, I also received some delicious cinnamon rolls. This restaurant has a great atmosphere and a friendly team who were very helpful. I left feeling satisfied and happy, and I’ll definitely be back. I've already shared my wonderful experience with everyone I know!
I placed an order through Uber Eats, which I do at least once a week, but I had some issues this time. I called S&H to let them know that my pizza was missing the drizzle I requested and that it was undercooked, still quite doughy on the bottom. The manager who answered was extremely rude. When I asked how to file a complaint, she curtly told me to have a nice day and hung up. I attempted to call back several times, but it seemed like she just set the phone down, as I could hear background noise but no one spoke. When she finally answered again, she told me to take my issue up with Uber Eats and refused to provide any further information. I’m not sure about the rest of the staff, but that manager has definitely lost a customer; after this experience, I won't be ordering from them again.
Nylah had very good customer service I told her I didn’t want nun but a cinnamon roll and she told me gone head and get 2 for the price of $7 instead of 1 for $4 very helpful and suggested
Best pizza in Memphis, hands down and they have the best attitudes.
