Mcdonald's - Memphis

Went here this morning. Ordered a sausage egg biscuit and a small orange juice. Get to work open my food and it was a regular sausage biscuit. Extremely disappointed. Not to mention this location has poor customer service. The employees never greet you or anything. Not a good look.

Got the got someone else's order in the drive through then got the order incorrectly made it was cold sandwhiches and fries dumped dumped into the bag. Had to go into the store and wait 20 minutes for the order to be remade. The manager did give me free pastry of my choice....but had to explain my order 5 times and personally supervise it being made.

Forgot a whole order of fries and gave me a caramel iced coffee without any coffee in it. Literally handed me a cup of caramel flavored milk. Lovely.

Not good. I order Happy meal. I'm asked if I want apples or upgrade the fries. I choose to upgrade and add two additional small fries and two small fries. How about I get one additional fry. This was the second time this has happened.Food: 3/5

Tried to pick up a Door dash order today 10/19/22 about 1:00 pm. Fat lady in red shirt just couldn't get off her phone to hand it to me. I said something l rarely do. She goes off on a rant. I am sorry you missed your true calling of walking up and down Lamar. You have a long career in fast food my dear and you were turned in to the company....
