The Special Veggie Pho is so fresh and tasty! A great vegetarian option. My veggie spring rolls were perfectly crispy with a hint of spice.
The overall food and drink was great, The only thing is i received burnt spring rolls. Which then the middle fell out because it was all burnt.
The Bibimbap is good The traditional earthy/Sesame flavor is missing. Kimchi . Veggie broth. Rice are all good. Gochujang sauce also yummy.

This is my 2nd visit to Chopstix Viet bistro but my first review.
If you're looking for a good bowl of pho in the Chattanooga area, this is the place! It has a decent menu that centers around Vietnamese food.
