Baskin-robbins - Memphis

Extremely rude lady behind the counter. She was talking on phone with ear pods on and yelling and shouting on us when my wife was placing the order. The lady needs some help, either she is rude by nature Or she is going through some tough time. You will find similar kind of reviews for this store. I am sorry to say she is in the States and projecting a wrong impression of Indians who are in general very respectful.

The employees was rude, using vulgar language with families inside the building, calling each other names while customers are in hearing range, the ice cream wasn't even hard it was melting

1 star is ONLY for my love of Baskin &Robbins. This location is ruining the simple experience of getting some good ole ice cream. For the last 3 visits the customer service from the Manager is extremely rude,no greeting, no smile, and talking to customers rushing as though we work there. This location was s in my neighborhood but they are messing up my childhood memories with their incompetence. What's hard about ice cream! I'm not returning because it's also UNCLEAN and no one was wearing gloves. Ridiculous

I have always been a fan of Baskin Robbins ice creams. This location is pretty close to my home. I love their chocolate fudge and usually I take it in the waffle cone. It was perfect.

I give this place a zero. Employees are horrible and don't know how to treat their customers. This Baskin had a mask mandate but the employees themselves never wore mask. I waited 15 min in line and then she refused service because of mask. Then she made all the customers stand in a line outside the store. Even the security guy was annoyed by the employee and asked all to come in due to the cold weather.
